The Committee considered alternative draft laws: on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on on reforming system of state administration in the sphere of road facilities (Reg. No. 2536a) submitted by the people’s deputy Mykola Katerynchuk, and also on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on reforming public road controlling systems (Reg. No. 2536a-1) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The bills suggest amend the following laws: “On traffic roads”, “On the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Council of Ministers”, “On local state administrations”.
Following the results of the discussion, the Committee adopted the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada to adopt as a basis the bill under Reg. No. 2536-1. It also suggested taking into account provisions of the bill 2536a, comments and suggestions of subjects of legislative initiative during the recommitment of the bill under Reg. No. 2536-1.
